The Companion Animal Placement Program in Albany, New York just struck a blow to a puppy mill in the area. 17 dogs were rescued and driven 12 hours away to freedom. For the first time in their lives the dogs were able to run and play, and the joy that you can see in them in the video below is absolutely magical.
